Koh Qou is a long-haired young man who looks like he’s in his late teens or early twenties, but in reality is no longer a child.
Koh Qou is no longer in the running to become a doctor, but it’s only a matter of time before he finds his niche in the pharmaceutical industry, and as long as he does, he’s going to get there.
Koh Qou was born in a remote village in the south of Dubai, about 100 metres from the airport and the airport itself. He grew up in the city and his parents had to attend college and get the training to become doctors, but it wasn’t until his twenties and early thirties, when he got started, that he began to make an appearance in the media.
“It was really difficult getting to the hospital,” he says, “but I got the education to go on. It wasn’t easy, but I got to go on.”
Koh Qou was diagnosed with premature ejaculation on March 4, 1995, when he began using a Viagra pill. He was also on the medication for erectile dysfunction (ED), but his condition has not improved.
His doctor prescribed the drug sildenafil (Viagra), a drug that helps to relax the muscles in the penis and make it easier to get an erection. This helps to keep the blood vessels open and allow more blood to flow into the penis and increase the amount of blood that can be engorged. Koh Qou is only the second child born to a female child under 25 years old, following the birth of a female baby in 1988, when his father died. He is a graduate of the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is now a consultant at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
Koh Qou is not a straight man, but he’s not afraid of anything. “I’m not a big fan of the big boys, but it’s good for me,” he says.
His mother, who is from the same ethnic group, is a former army nurse, and he is also a nurse. He’s also a chemist and has a small pharmacy where he spends a lot of time, but he is still keen on becoming a doctor. “You have to make it through the medical process. You have to be able to get it in a pharmacy or a chemist. You have to be able to go into a hospital,” he says.
As a doctor, he does have to work, but he can do it all. “The first thing you want to do is make sure that you do what you do.”
He does have a number of specialised jobs that he’s trained to do, but he’s also keen on being able to work for a living. “I’m a big fan of the big boys,” he says.
As an internet chemist, he has the ability to get started from home, so he’s not only working as a pharmacist, but also doing business as a chemist. “I can sell anything,” he says, but he has a specialised computer and a small office. “I’ve got to do a lot of work and be a part of it.”
He’s also a chemist and has a small pharmacy, but there’s plenty of space on the internet for him to do other stuff. He gets it filled in his home, and in the next six months he will have to work on the computer and the pharmacy. He’ll also be having to work on a number of other things.
“I’m very excited about what the future looks like.”
Koh Qou does have a number of jobs that he’s trained to do, but he’s also keen on being able to work for a living.

Drug-Drug Interactions:Inform the doctor if you are taking phenothiazine (thioridazine), anti-psychotic (lithium), antibiotic (linezolid, telithromycin, erythromycin, clarithromycin), an amino acid (tryptophan), pain killer (tramadol, ibuprofen, aspirin), anti-HIV (ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir, atazanavir, amprenavir, fosamprenavir), anti-fungal (ketoconazole, itraconazole, fluconazole), anti-depressant (nefazodone), blood thinner (warfarin), impotent agents (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil), calcium channel blocker (diltiazem, verapamil), anti-emetics (aprepitant), BPH agents and anti-migraine medicines.
Drug-Food Interactions:Do not take St. John’s wort (herbal supplement used to treat depression) while taking Dapoxetine. Avoid consuming grapefruit juice within 24 hours of taking Dapoxetine as it could lead to an increase in the level of Dapoxetine in the body.
Drug-Disease Interactions:Inform the doctor if you have cardiovascular/heart disease, a history of dizziness due to low blood pressure, depression, mania, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy/fits, bleeding or blood clotting problems, glaucoma, kidney problems, or moderate to severe liver problems.
